Meaning that I would have to make everyone download all faction rank mods at the same time. I decided not to release such version simply because the file that holds the rank titles is shared between all factions. That lines up with the Wehrmacht mod I made, so both factions go up to major.įor both of those factions, shifting the officer ranks result in a very clear progression of insignia (pips in CW and stripes in Wehrmacht). I have thought about changing Commonwealth officer ranks to: Second-lieutenant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major (corresponding to 1, 2, 3 pips, then the crown thingy). The reason I have been making these rank mods is because I hate how it's sort of hard to relate a numeric level to the insignia. Perhaps you could help suggest how to do it. I have thought about US ranks for a while but I'm really not quite sure what to change about it.
